Free Within 5 km
Standard delivery is free when the verified road distance is no more than 5 km from our Ladanna factory.
Delivery Beyond 5 km
For addresses beyond 5 km, the applicable delivery charge is calculated using the full one-way road distance.
Price Confirmed First
The applicable delivery rate and estimated charge are confirmed before your delivery booking is finalised.
Old-Bed Collection
One corresponding old mattress or bed set may be collected during delivery of the new bed set without an additional collection fee when booked in advance and safe to handle.

Premium Bed provides door-to-door delivery to selected destinations in Limpopo and Gauteng. Delivery availability depends on your exact address, route, access conditions and confirmation by our team.

We deliver from our Ladanna factory in Polokwane to qualifying destinations based on route planning, vehicle availability, road conditions and safe access.
Standard Delivery Is Free
Standard delivery is free when the verified one-way road distance from the Premium Bed Ladanna factory to the delivery address is 5 km or less.
Delivery Is Charged on the Full Distance
Where the verified road distance is more than 5 km, the approved per-kilometre rate applies to the full one-way distance. The first 5 km is not deducted.
The applicable rate is confirmed in your quotation, order confirmation, invoice or checkout before delivery is finalised. Remote locations, poor roads, farms, mines, unusual access, oversized orders or special handling may require a separate delivery quotation or additional charge.
Old-Bed Collection & Preparing for Delivery
A little preparation helps our team complete your delivery safely and efficiently. If you would like us to collect an old bed or mattress, please arrange this with us before delivery day.
